How it works

- Pay 50% to startThe downpayment is non-refundable once your layout is approved or a template piece goes to print, unless the item is defective, undelivered or not as agreed, or the law gives a refund.
- Approve your layoutPackages with a custom layout come to you for approval first.
- Pay the balance on deliveryThen put it on the counter, or in your pocket.
Questions
Do my customers need an app?
No app on NFC phones. Most phones with NFC turned on open your page on a tap, and your customer needs internet. The QR code on every piece works for phones without NFC.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 2 to 3 weeks after your layout is approved.
How do I pay?
GCash or bank transfer: 50% to start, the balance on delivery.
Can I cancel?
Cancel before your layout is approved, or before a template piece goes to print, and your downpayment is returned.
Do I get a receipt?
Tell us if you need an official receipt.
What do I pay after year 1?
₱1,200 per card, paid once a year (₱100 a month). On Team 10 it's ₱960 per card a year (₱80 a month). Stands have no monthly fee, because they open your own review or social page.
What if I miss a payment?
We remind you before your renewal date. After 30 days unpaid, your page is paused until it's paid.
Is this from Google or Facebook?
No. ArkTap is not affiliated with Google or Meta. A stand simply opens your own page there.
